- Everbridge is the platform we use to disseminate information after we are activated for a deployment. Additionally, there are bi-annual test notifications sent via email, phone, and app (if you have it) to test our notification system.
- Your Everbridge should be regularly checked to ensure your most current and correct contact information is listed.

- Your GatorLink account is used to submit your time after deployments, get reimbursed for travel, update employment information with UF, etc.
- When you were hired, you were given an 8 digit UF ID by UF HR. This is used to create a GatorLink username and account. Please make sure you have an account set up – contact UF IT if you have issues with the account creation or log in.
- UF GO: http://www.concursolutions.com/
- UF GO is the University of Florida’s platform used to expense travel. You will use this to get your travel expenses that accrued during a deployment reimbursed.
- All active members take the UF GO trainings at the time of hire. Please make sure you follow the trainings and have your profiles set up ASAP to avoid delays in travel/expense during a deployment.

National Incident Management System (NIMS)
All members must complete the free courses below and achieve a 75% or higher on the exam in order to be issued a certificate. Once you have the completed certificate, please send it to uf-femors@ufl.edu.
